Who Are We?

As Principals, we have over 70 years of combined business experience. We have had successful careers as senior executives and leaders within organizations and working as strategic consultants with organizations. We understand organizational life well and how to help people and organizations be more effective and successful. Unique to our career development approach is how we take our organizational expertise and bring it into our Career Intelligence practice to teach our individual clients how to find their best-fit and truly stand-out with employers. We are passionate about enhancing organization performance as well as our work to help individuals develop a career direction where their passions and talents connect with a need in the world. Especially with our young adult clients, aged 18 to 35; for they are the future of our nation and world.
