What Happens After I Make A Purchase:
We have prepared a useful guidance document in PDF format that gives you screen shots and step-by-step guidance if you need it. You can download this guidance document here. Basically, all your ActionPointe purchases can be accessed through signing into your ActionPointe online account. We provide a guidance document in PDF uniquely designed for each program and service. This guidance PDF is password protected. Your pass code for accessing all protected PDF's is uniquely assigned to you and sent to you within your purchase confirmation email and purchase receipt. Each user is assigned a single pass code that will access all your purchased secured documents; this way, you only have one pass code to remember! Publications are simply downloaded and opened with your pass code.
